How booking works
Check your date
Tell us when and where. We confirm availability within 24 hours.
Simple contract
A plain-English contract with everything we agreed: coverage, team, delivery.
20% deposit
Your date is held for you once the deposit is paid.
Balance
The remaining 80% is due before your wedding, on the date set in the contract.
Insured & covered
Full liability insurance, backup equipment, and a replacement from our own team if anyone is ill.
Delivery
Sneak peek in 48 hours, gallery in 6 weeks, film in 12 weeks.

Questions about pricing
Full day or hourly: which do we need?
A Spanish wedding usually runs from the afternoon until after midnight, so the full day with no time limit is the best fit. It costs only €250 more than 8 hours. Hourly packages from 5 to 8 hours suit smaller weddings and elopements.
How many photos will we receive?
500–1000 carefully edited photos for a full day. Hourly packages include 50+ edited photos per hour.
How do we reserve our date?
A simple contract and a 20% deposit. The rest is due before the wedding.
What if we need to change our date?
If we're free on your new date, the deposit moves with you at no cost. If we're not, we'll help you find a trusted colleague.
Can we build a custom collection?
Of course. Elopements, two-day weddings, photo-only ceremonies with film for the party: tell us your plan and we'll price it.
Do you charge for travel within Spain?
Not on the mainland. For the Balearic and Canary Islands we add flights at cost, with no markup.
